Recent Major Land Surveying projects undertaken:

  1. Engaged by Surfcoast Shire to undertake title re-establishment of Kuarka Dorla Reserve, Anglesea (approximate 3ha site).
  2. Undertook existing conditions survey of ‘Red Rocks’ house, Point Addis and surrounding landscaped garden (approx. 5 ha).  Set-out work for the new dwellings on the site.
  3. Engaged by Tony Hobba Architects to complete an extensive feature survey of King Parrot Lodge, Pennyroyal. The surveyed area was approximately 30 hectares and consisted of holiday cabins in a part cleared and part treed land. This feature survey was undertaken using a combination of GPS and Total Station.
  4. Engaged by Latitude Architects to provide a detailed feature survey of part of the Geelong Hospital to enable planning for alterations to existing buildings and design for new car parking on the site .
  5. Engaged by the Great Ocean Road Coastal Committee provide a plan showing the  existing features and levels (AHD) within the Lorne Foreshore Caravan park, with a view to redeveloping this area.
  6. Engaged by the Department of Human Services to undertake feature and re-establishment surveys of four sites in Norlane, Geelong. The Department proposed to build units on the sites for public housing. Since the original surveys have been undertaken we have been working with the architects and the Department to Consolidate the titles of one of the sites, and to create easements on two of the sites where required by service Authorities.
  7. Engaged by Latitude Architects to provide  detailed feature and Title re-establishment surveys of De La Salle College (both the Kinnoull and Tiverton Campuses) to enable planning for alterations to existing buildings and design for new buildings on the sites.
  8. Engaged by the Country Fire Authority to undertake multiple conditions and title re-establishments for properties across western Victoria.
  9. Engaged to assist with a 20 lot subdivision in Inverleigh. During the development process extensive consultation with Planners, Engineers, and local Authorities was required.
